What do I need to bring to buy the right part?
Bring the appliance's full model number (and serial number if you have it). It's printed on a label or plate on the appliance. A photo of the label, or of the old part, helps us match it exactly.
What are your hours?
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We're closed Saturday and Sunday.
