Information you give us
If you call us or send a service request, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, email address, street address and information about your appliance. We use it only to respond to you, schedule and perform service, supply parts, and keep normal business records. We do not sell your personal information.
Service request form
Our online request form is hosted by Jotform Inc. It is not loaded until you select "Start my service request." Information you submit through it is processed by Jotform on our behalf and delivered to us. Jotform's own privacy policy applies to its service.
Cookies, analytics and marketing
We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are useful (for example, page views, scrolling and taps on our phone number), and we may use marketing and advertising cookies to measure and tailor our ads. These tools set cookies and send usage information to Google or other ad platforms. We do not sell your personal information.
Analytics and marketing are on by default, and you control them. Use Manage settings on the privacy notice, or (also in the footer of every page), to switch analytics and marketing on or off separately. When analytics is off, Google Analytics cookies are removed; when everything is off, Google's tags are not loaded at all.
We honor browser privacy signals. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) or Do Not Track signal, analytics and marketing start off. The privacy notice tells you when this happens, and you can turn them on with Manage settings if you choose.
Your settings are stored in your browser so we don't ask on every page. Clearing your browser data resets them.
Links to other sites
Links to sites such as Google Maps, Facebook or Jotform take you to services we don't control; their privacy policies apply there.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you by calling (850) 763-0656 or writing to us at the address above. We may need to keep certain records, such as invoices, as required by law.
Children
This website is intended for adults arranging appliance service and parts. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect information you share with us.
